Hotel San Fernando Plaza in Medellín's exclusive El Poblado district exceeded all my expectations. the cleanliness was outstanding, with even the elevator and bedroom floors meticulously maintained daily. the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when we requested special assistance for our baby. the pool was a serene oasis, never overcrowded, and just the right temperature for relaxation. the location was perfect, close to restaurants like Parmessan for delicious dining options. the luxurious room service and diverse food choices truly made our stay unforgettable.
